through Saint Louis' regional ballet company's volunteer organization
The purpose of the Saint Louis Ballet Guild is to support the Saint Louis Ballet by raising funds, organizing volunteers for events and productions, increasing membership in the Guild, and promoting the Saint Louis Ballet School to prospective dancers and their families.

Membership is open to Saint Louis Ballet School families, as well as all individuals who support the purpose of the Saint Louis Ballet Guild. To find out more or to volunteer please email guild@stlouisballet.org.

Volunteer Areas of Interest: Artist Care Coordinating welcome packages for new dancers and providing one dancer a homemade meal each month during the season. Audience Development (Marketing/PublicRelations) Assist the Saint Louis Ballet with all marketing and public relations for upcoming events via: Media Contacts, Ticket Sales, Playbill Ads, Distribution of posters/postcards Boutique Planning and coordinating the Boutique associated with major ballet productions (in- town and on tour) and the School Recital. Community Outreach Plan and coordinate all efforts to promote the Saint Louis Ballet, Saint Louis Ballet School, and Guild within the St. Louis area. Membership Committee is responsible for all activities associated with the development, management and maintenance of the membership of Saint Louis Ballet Guild and to schedule special programs, such as guest speakers, to take place during the monthly membership meeting. School Development Plan and coordinate activities targeted toward enhancing enrollment at the Saint Louis Ballet School and retaining existing students. *Saint Louis Ballet School Recital Coordinator Fundraising Development & Special Events Plan and coordinate fundraising events for the Guild and obtain contact information for possible grants, sponsorships and foundations. *Pointe Shoe Craft *Sugar Plum Fairy Tea *Concessions *Photo Booth *Nutcracker Wear *Fall Events coordinator- Saint Louis Art Fair, Dancing in the Streets, In Studio Performance *Winter Events coordinator- Sweetie Pie Auction, Pre-show receptions before Innovation Series (March) *Spring/Summer Events Coordinator- Cinderella special event and other possible events Production Support all major ballet productions via: *Costumes/Dressers *Backstage Volunteer Coordinator *House Manager & Usher recruitment *Cast & Company Food *Children’s Cast Green Room Supervisor *Company tour coordinator (Nutcracker tour to Columbia, MO, March series tour)
