Annual membership of $600 or more for individuals (limited time offer only! – $1,000 normal rate) and $5,000 or more for corporations and institutions payable to Saint Louis Ballet Company, a non profit 501 (c)(3) organization registered in the state of Missouri with the federal ID number 23-7424849.
