Covid-19 Update: Swan Lake

We are terribly disappointed to announce the cancellation of Saint Louis Ballet’s Swan Lake.

Our professional dancers, board of directors, artistic and administrative staff are saddened by this unfortunate turn of events, and we trust that our patrons will understand that the health and welfare of our community is paramount.

The financial health of Saint Louis Ballet is greatly impacted by this cancellation. Organizations like ours rarely have resources to counter the devastating blow a sudden loss like this can produce. Our financial health can be bolstered by your consideration with regards to the Swan Lake tickets you have purchased.

Please consider donating the value of your tickets to sustain Saint Louis Ballet, a not-for-profit organization. Dancer salaries depend on ticket sales and we need to make sure our talented Saint Louis Ballet dancers are cared for during this unpredictable and devastating time. View a list of patrons who have donated their tickets back and are now a part of an exclusive group we humbly call Saint Louis Ballet Angels.

As a show of gratitude to those of you who convert your ticket purchase to a contribution we will share a link to the beautiful production that Saint Louis Ballet performed last year at this time, "Coppelia".  We hope the spectacular dancing and humor of this ballet will bring you some enjoyment.

Gen Horiuchi,

Executive and Artistic Director
