
Streaming Questions Answered
So you've "purchased" or registered for a virtual ticket. Now what?

1. Do I need to pay anything to watch the performance or receive the link?
The performance is complimentary. However, Saint Louis Ballet does welcome your support in the form of tax-deductible contributions. Since there will be no ticket sales in the foreseeable future, your contributions will allow us to continue to stream performances during the pandemic. Donations can be made by clicking here.
2. When will I receive my link?
You will receive your link the morning of the performance date you requested.
3. What if I don't receive the email with the link?
We will make sure the link for each performance is available on our website (under the drop down "Nutcracker" just in case any of our patrons have not received the email or are having trouble receiving it. It will also be available by launching your YouTube App and searching for "Saint Louis Ballet" at the appointed time. Please note, each scheduled performance will appear on Youtube at the scheduled time and only for that evening or matinee.
4. How can I watch the Streaming?
The streaming will be available through our Youtube Channel located at youtube.com/stlouisballet at the scheduled times. Below are some tips and ways to watch:

The best and easiest way to watch is by launching the Youtube app on a Smart TV and search for the "Saint Louis Ballet' channel to see the video (no need to type in the link).

Another simple way but may not provide the largest viewing window is to open the provided link on your phone, computer, or tablet.

If launching the link on your computer, you may hook up your computer to your TV using an HDMI connector cable (an adapter for your computer may be needed).

If your Smart TV has Google Cast, your phone can stream it directly to your TV this way as well.
