All Adult Ages Welcome!
The Adult Division at St. Louis Ballet School is an open and welcoming program designed for adults of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels. Whether you're brand new to dance or returning after a break, our classes offer a fun, supportive environment to move, learn, and enjoy the art of dance.
We offer classes in:

Ballet – Build grace, flexibility, and strength

Tap – Improve rhythm, coordination, and musicality

Dance Good Vibes – A high-energy, feel-good class blending styles for fun and fitness
Our flexible schedule and drop-in rates or Class Cards make it easy to join on your own time. There is no formal dress code—just wear comfortable athletic wear and appropriate shoes (ballet or tap, depending on the class).
Whether you're looking for a creative outlet, a new challenge, or simply a joyful way to stay active, the Adult Division welcomes you to dance with us—no experience required

Dress Code
No dress code required other than wearing athletic clothes to move comfortabley in, leotards and tights or yoga wear are great options. Ballet Shoes are required for ballet classes, tap shoes in whatever style you prefer, clean sneakers for Dance Good Viibes.
