Label with student's name all shoes and tights or any items brought to the theater.

Bring a water bottle and snacks (peanut free please!) that are not messy and quick and easy to eat.

Make sure you have all your costume pieces including hairpieces and specific tights needed. If you need to know which tights please check the recital page on the website.

For our youngest dancers, please send something to keep them occupied during downtime like coloring books and crayons or card games. Ipads/iphones are ok for entertainment, but no social media or pictures.

Check-in for all students and volunteers will be in the main lobby next to the winding staircase---look for our table with balloons. Parents will not be allowed backstage.

One parent of each PreBallet student will be allowed to escort their dancer to their dressing room and help them get dressed into their costume so chaperones don't have to dress all the little ones. Once your child is dressed please head back to the lobby.

RECITAL PORTRAITS, WHEN AND HOW: Recital Photos by Trotter photos will happen during Dress Rehearsals. Students will rehearse their piece on stage and then be escorted by their teacher or chaperone to the lobby through the auditorium to the photo area for their photos. After photos, they will be escorted to their dressing rooms. If they have more pieces to rehearse they will change and continue the process of stage rehearsal and then photos again. If they are done rehearsing and done with photos they are free to leave.
